1. Cancellation Policy
Donations made to Baba Baidyanath Dham Temple are voluntary contributions offered in devotion. Once a donation has been successfully processed and a receipt has been issued, the donation is generally treated as final and non-cancellable.
2. Refund Policy
If a donation was made in error, the amount was incorrectly processed, or the donation was made twice for the same purpose, a refund may be considered. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the temple administration office within 7 days of the transaction along with the donation receipt details.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact the temple administration office with the following information:
- Name of the donor
- Transaction reference number
- Date and amount of the donation
- Reason for the refund request
4. Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Non-Eligibility
Once donated amounts have been utilised for temple activities, offerings, or charitable purposes, refunds will not be provided. The decision of the temple trust in this regard shall be final.
